The GSAF provides comprehensive quality control services to ensure your samples are suitable for downstream applications and sequencing success. QC services are available for RNA, DNA, sequencing libraries, cells, and nuclei, and are performed by experienced staff using industry-standard instrumentation.
Instrumentation includes:
- Agilent Bioanalyzer – fragment size distribution and integrity assessment
- NanoDrop – rapid purity and concentration measurements
- Qubit Fluorometer – highly accurate DNA/RNA quantification
- Fluoroskan Plate Reader – high-throughput fluorescence-based assays
- Cell counting platforms (Luna FX7, hemocytometer, Countess II) – viability, concentration, and size estimation for cells and nuclei
How to request QC services:
- QC for RNA, DNA, or sequencing libraries should be submitted through the GSAF online request portal.
- Cell and nuclei QC requests can be submitted separately, and a GSAF staff member will coordinate scheduling and sample handling directly with you.
