Proposal Submission & Guidelines

See the CPRIT Policies and Procedures Guide for more information.
Account Set-up
PIs should create individual accounts in the CPRIT Grants Management System (CGMS) which will then be associated with UT Austin’s institutional profile. See the Account Registration Guide for assistance.

Award Management
Each CPRIT award requires multiple reports throughout the project; some must be initiated by the PI, while others are initiated by CGMS but completed by PI. OSP will coordinate with the PI to submit required reports.
To find a listing of the reports, including details related to applicability, due dates, roles for the PI and OSP, download the Award Management table.
