Research Security
The Research Security office within the Office of Research Support and Compliance (ORSC) supports researchers in conducting open, collaborative and globally engaged research while meeting U.S. export control laws and research security requirements.
The office helps researchers navigate sensitive and regulated activities responsibly, manage risks associated with controlled technologies, data, and international engagements, and align with federal, sponsor and institutional expectations - without creating unnecessary barriers to discovery, education and public service.
