About

The Research Integrity Program

Located within the Office of Research Support and Compliance (RSC) at the Office of the Vice President for Research, Scholarship and Creative Endeavors (OVPR), the Research Integrity program at the University of Texas at Austin has two primary aims:

  1. To reinforce and foster a culture of research integrity amongst our community of researchers and scholars, and
  2. To ensure compliance with responsible conduct of research (RCR) training requirements as they pertain to certain categories of NSF and NIH students, scholars, and researchers.

To achieve these aims and strengthen our research environment, the Research Integrity program engages with junior, senior, and industrial researchers to maintain and develop education and training opportunities informed by the most up-to-date information and best practices.
