- Process: The sample is mixed with a matrix in solution, spotted, dried, and crystallized on a plate. A nitrogen laser (335 nm) induces desorption and ionization, analyzed by a TOF mass analyzer
- Instrument: Autoflex offers high resolution (reflectron mode for <5,000 Da) and low resolution (linear mode for >5,000 Da)
- Self-service access is available following required user training.
