The Fortessa is a traditional flow cytometer with 4 lasers and 15 parameters for detection, including forward and side scatter and 13 fluorescence parameters. It’s capable of automated specimen handling of 96- and 384-well plates. Sample acquisition and analysis is done using FACSDiva.
