The BD Fusion is a cell sorter with 5 lasers and 20 parameters for detection, including forward and side scatter and 18 fluorescence parameters. The Fusion sits inside a biosafety cabinet to allow for sorting of biohazardous samples. Sample acquisition and analysis is done using FACSDiva.
