The Accuri C6 Plus is a traditional flow cytometer with 2 lasers and 6 parameters for detection, including forward and side scatter and 4 fluorescence parameters. It’s easy to use for smaller fluorescence panels. Sample acquisition and analysis is done using FACSDiva. This analyzer is located at DPRI.
