RC2026 Exempt Research Workshop: Complete an Exempt Submission with the IRB
This workshop is hosted by the Office of Research Support and Compliance (ORSC), UT Austin HRPP. Join the IRB for an in-depth workshop designed to guide you through the process of creating and submitting an Exempt submission to the UT IRB. Prior to the workshop, participants will receive a description of an example Exempt research project. During the session, we will collaboratively complete all necessary materials for the Exempt submission, including Exempt submission form, research information sheet (RIS), recruitment materials, measures, and more. This hands-on workshop is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and ensure your submissions meet all UT requirements.
