Efforts focus on developing novel photonic materials with tailored optical, electronic, and nonlinear properties, alongside the design and fabrication of integrated photonic circuits. These components are further translated into scalable, high-performance systems. Research activities cover a broad wavelength spectrum, from ultraviolet to visible, near-infrared, and mid-infrared, supporting diverse functionalities across varied environments. This comprehensive perspective enables impactful applications across multiple domains, including communications, sensing, computing, and quantum technology.
