PhD student Shafin Bin Hamid from Jean Anne Incorvia’s group received the top student presentation award at the 2026 Device Research Conference (DRC) for his talk, "Comparison of Ferrimagnetic and Antiferromagnetic Tunnel Junctions for High-Speed Random Bitstream Generation."
For eight decades, the DRC has brought together leading scientists, researchers and students to share their latest discoveries in device science, technology and modeling.
