The Fortessa is a traditional flow cytometer with 4 lasers and 15 parameters for detection, including forward and side scatter and 13 fluorescence parameters. It’s capable of automated specimen handling of 96- and 384-well plates. Sample acquisition and analysis is done using FACSDiva.

The Cytek Northern Lights is a spectral flow cytometer equipped with 3 lasers and 38 channels of fluorescence detection. It is also equipped with a unique Small Particle Detector that allows detection of particles down to 70 nm in size. Sample acquisition and analysis is done using SpectroFlo software.
