STEM Stockroom
The STEM Stockroom is a self-service facility that provides items for sale in the general categories of chemicals, lab supplies, hardware, and office supplies. Only UT individuals may purchase these items - online or by browsing the stockroom in person. Special orders can also be requested.

Online Ordering
The STEM Stockroom inventory is available to browse below. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to submit an order. Orders are processed by staff, and you’ll be notified when items are ready for pickup at NHB 1.502.

In-person Shopping
The STEM Stockroom is open during business hours for browsing and purchasing items.
Step 1: Fill Out Form
Upon entering the storeroom, pick up the clipboard and complete form as instructed. Please be sure to include your grant’s account number.
Step 2: Make Selections
Freely move around the storeroom and retrieve the item(s) you wish to buy. If you require assistance, ask the storeroom assistants for help.
Step 3: Checkout
After retrieving items, give the completed form to a storeroom assistant so they can complete checkout.

Discounted Pricing
The stockroom has special pricing with some vendors as well. If you would like to know how much an item will be, please email stockroom@utexas.edu with the vendor and catalog number and you will receive a response with the price.
